1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns for new, unused items in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom orders

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened personal care products (e.g., soaps, lotions, cleaning sprays)

  • Perishable or seasonal items (e.g., fresh plants, holiday décor)

2. Return Timeframe

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original, undamaged packaging

  • With all tags, parts, and accessories intact

4. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Be sure to:

  • Include your receipt or order confirmation

  • Pack the items securely to prevent damage in transit

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, we’ll cover the return postage.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrectly sent.
Please notify us within 6 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
